To Whom It May Concern,

I have been very pleased with the work performed by Casey Martin and ComputerGrafix.

The water district contracted with ComputerGrafix in February 2001, and Casey immediately was able to "repair" and upgrade our web site, www.ccwater.com.

The web site had been neglected for several months, and he was able to quickly make all the links and buttons work again. In addition, he transformed the operating structure of the site from ColdFusion to ActiverServerPages without any problems or interruptions.

Casey is easy to work with and completes assignments quickly. He also does not hesitate to share his enthusiasm and knowledge of the workings of the web. This speed and flexibility has allowed us to enhance the uses of the web site.

We are now able to post breaking news, such as announcing day-to-day fire danger at the Los Vaqueros Reservoir, as soon as the decisions are made. The district did not enjoy that type of speedy service with its previous web contractors.

We are also in the process of developing new pages and information for our web site, and have been pleased with Casey's creativity and resourcefulness in meeting the technical challenges of each assignment.
