I have enjoyed a professional relationship with Mr. Martin for three years, and his company for more than a year. I first became familiar with his work while he was working with another company. Mr. Martin was the project manager on several projects for which I was responsible for the Association of California Water Agencies, where I held the post of Communications Specialist. As a consultant, Mr. Martin had excellent customer service, was always eager to please, and produced quality work on time and within budget parameters. He was instrumental in producing several multimedia presentations and designing and maintaining the Association’s web site.

I have been so impressed by Mr. Martin’s work and customer service that I continued to use his services in a new position, despite the fact that this new position was several hundred miles away in Southern California.
